Happy Birthday Song

I'M 16!!!!!!

Wahoo! I'm 16! haha I just love birthday's! And this was possibly one of the best birthday's i've had. My friends are so amazing and are so wonderful! there's just no other way to describe them. the best part was just being able to be with my best friend anna and spend all day with her. i love her and don't know what i would do without her. i look forward to being her friend forever. haha bff's. My party was a blast thanks to my amazing mom (i promise to not have another party for a few years) she was so wonderful and did what she could to keep us entertained although we entertained ourselves quite easily. but it's the thought that counts right? she took us to my noah's, which by the way is AMAZING, and played around. i'll never be able to sing happy birthday the same way again. thank you guys for making this a memorable birthday!

School's Out

It's that time of year again. The time where kids rush out of school doors and finally greet that sweet freedom that has been calling out their names for months. And for me summer starts early! You see this is technically the last week of school, but from now on there is really no point in going. Today was the last day of finals, the last day of classes, and the rest of the days are just pointless. No more attendance, no more grades, no more nothin! I've already began my summer by going to the No Doubt, Paramore concert. They were both fantastic and I had a blast with my mom, Ian and his date Mallory. I came home at about midnight and fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. As for the rest of the summer, who can say what it holds. I just hope it's full of lots of parties and a lot of fun.

I love the zoo!!!

Happy spring break everyone! To kick off spring break my friends and I decided to go to the zoo today. All nine of us piled into Katy's suburban and we went on our way to the Hoogle Zoo in Salt Lake. It was the best zoo experience of my life! We got there bought our tickets and ran out to see the Giraffe's that were being let out into their "habitat". We were mesmerized by the tall, spotted creatures until my friend yelled out, "Guys there's a cheetah behind us!" We all turned to see the cheetah in it's cage sleeping. It was so beautiful! After the cheetah we went and saw snow leopards, tigers and other cat like creatures. The zoo was filled with many amazing creatures! All of them beautiful and graceful. My personal favorites were the Capuchen monkey's and the penguins (yes we all had our Madagascar jokes as we watched the penguins slyly walking around their "habitat".) While walking we saw the coolest, most amazing thing...A CAROUSEL!!! Just imagine a bunch of teenagers and a machine that spins and has animals that go up and down. We were in line, with tickets within seconds of seeing the ride. I rode the panda, next to my friend Kayla who had the tiger. All in all it was a great day!

Ok seriously this is getting a little old. I can't be healthy for more then two weeks!!!!!! I'm so angry with my crap immune system. Not only these colds and such my stomach has been killing me ever since the trip to Italy LAST YEAR!! I can't eat anything without feeling sick to my stomach ready to barf. I just hope that in the near future my body fixes itself. But until then I guess I'll just have to keep dealing with being sick. No matter how angrifying it is!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH!!

Sick of Being Sick

For about two weeks now I've been sick off and on. The first day or two it was great. Getting to stay at home. Not having to worry about homework or anything. But now I'm just sick of being sick. I currently have a fever of 103, am in so much pain I can barely move, and I'm so stinking tired. I don't know when this is going to be over with, but I can't wait till it is. I think the worst part about what I have right now was sleep last night. The whole night I was so cold. No matter what I did I couldn't get warm. All I could really do was curl up in a ball and hope that sleep would come, and with that warmth. Well it never did come, and when I woke up at 6 am to get ready for school I didn't have any energy and I felt like I was going to die at any second. The best part however is the lovely selection of beverages that my mom has provided. With her being the kind and tender hearted mother she is, after sending the little ones off to school she ran to the nearby Mavrick and got me some of my favorite hot chocolate, some Code Red Mountain Dew (my favorite aswell) and some Dr. Pepper (wow another favorite). Thank you mother for being so kind and loving and helping me through my time of illness. I just hope that my body recovers quickly so I no longer have to worry about being sick.

If You Lie-You Will Die

Seminary is one of my most favorite classes! Bro. Johnson (my teacher) is so entertaining, funny, and he has a testimony that makes me want to be a better person, a better daughter of God. We had a lesson yesterday on lying. I kind of chuckled when I heard of the lesson plan. You see before I walked into the building a senior boy, Chandler Newby, had opened the door for my friends and I. As usual I said thank you as I passed. From behind a heard him say "I'll send you my bill". This was unexpected and kind of funny. I yelled back, "Sorry I'm broke!" Then I turned to my friend and proceded to tell her that I actually have about $40 athome. She turned and started to tell him but I stopped her by saying, "Ok I have money, I'm just trying to save it." Well I went into seminary and my teacher said, "If you lie-you will die". A few kids who had heard what went on outside began to snicker and stare. Embarassing, not really. Funny, HILARIOUS! So I conclude again by saying, IF YOU LIE YOU WILL DIE!!!!!!

Happy New Year! 2009!!!!

Wow I can't believe it's 2009! The years just seems to be flying by. The first thing that went through my mind as the ball at Time Square dropped was, "Dang now I have to remember to put 09 on all of my school papers now".
There was a Multi Stake Dance last night that went from 8-midnight. I decided not to go. I just wanted to spend good times with great friends. Even though the friends that were going to the dance were mad at me for not going, I didn't care and I didn't go anyway. I'm anxious to see what this new year brings. The big 16 is coming up and let me tell you I'm super stoaked. I also wonder where my schooling is going to take me. Whether my math grades will be good enough to let me pursue the career of my choice, and if not, what career to fall back on.
Well I'll worry about that when the time comes. Happy New Year everyone!
